This is a highly-structured and practical course giving different techniques and possibilities for effective presentations. Regarding cultural awareness, the course will include the following aspects:
- Tools for effective communication across cultures
- Training for effective presentations to international audiences
- Managing expectations of culturally diverse participants
- Body language, high context/ low context cultures – examples of successful presentations in target countries
- Use of and problems with humor in intercultural contexts
